Hello!
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life challenges alone. My goal would be to provide a supportive, compassionate, and judgement- free space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
I have over 10 years of experience working in crisis settings and am certified in trauma informed care and brief crisis intervention. As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), my approach is rooted in strengths-based therapy, focusing on helping you recognize your resilience while developing tools to utilize to help overcome life's obstacles.
I have worked with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, co occurring substance abuse disorders, relationship concerns, mood disorders, cognitive thought challenges, post-partum concerns, self-esteem and self-worth issues, suicidal thoughts and self mutilation. Whether you're struggling with recent life events or have been carrying emotional burdens for years, I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.
Together we can work to increase confidence, develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentic. No matter where you are in your journey, you deserve support- I would love to be a part of that process.
